Refund & Cancellation Policy
The Refund & Cancellation Policy will be effective since 11.06.2024

- Jureassess Private Limited is committed to providing exceptional services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or seek a refund for our services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are processed.

- Company : Company means Jureassess Private Limited.
- Client : Any individual or entity that engages our services.
- Services : Legal and financial consulting services provided by Jureassess Private Limited.
- Refund : Reimbursement of paid fees.
- Cancellation : Termination of a requested or ongoing service.
- Return : Not applicable for service-based transactions.
3. Cancellation Policy :
- Cancellation by Client :
- Clients may cancel their service requests within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund, provided that the service has not commenced.
- For cancellations made after 24 hours but before the commencement of the service, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service fee will be charged.
- Once the service has commenced, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Company :
- Company reserves the right to cancel any service request due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, inability to provide the service, legal restrictions, or other reasons beyond our control, In such cases, clients will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
4. Refund Policy :
- Eligibility for Refund :
- Refunds are only applicable for services that have not been delivered as agreed upon in the service contract.
- No refunds will be provided for services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
- Process for Refund :
- To request a refund, clients must contact our customer service department at 0522-4305170 and provide the necessary details, including the reason for the refund request and any relevant documentation.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and will be credited to the original method of payment.
5. Dispute Resolution :
- In case of any disputes regarding refunds, or cancellations, clients are encouraged to contact our customer service team to resolve the issue amicably.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to Arbitration Authority subject to Lucknow Jurisdiction only.
6. Changes to Policy :
- Company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
